Town Homes

Currently we are full.

All of our two bedroom town homes are bay-front with outstanding views.  The patios measure approximately 400 sq. ft. and offer ample space for relaxing or entertaining while enjoying the water views. They feature two bedrooms, two and a half baths, all remodeled to the same high standards as our apartments.  The town homes also include one assigned carport space with storage.

We also have the townhouse-style floor plans with 2 bedrooms plus a den, with 2.5 baths and stacking washer/dryer.

Newport  Marina, (formerly Swales marina) was the first marina in Newport Harbor.  It features 56 boat slips and side ties that can accommodate boats up to 65 ft.  Slip rent includes power and water hookups, and twice a month pump outs.  There is also storage rack space available for kayaks, dinghys and paddleboards.

The marina amenities include gated access and security cameras, as well as restrooms and showers, and ample parking for larger vehicles.  There are additional storage lockers available.

Most of our one bedroom, one bath apartment homes have been remodeled to a high standard. The kitchens have granite counters, maple cabinets and stainless steel appliances, including dishwashers and microwaves, with a breakfast bar and pantry. The bathrooms have been remodeled with granite counters, maple cabinets and tiled showers or tubs.  Most bathrooms have an additional full-size closet with mirrored doors. 

The bedrooms are large enough to accommodate a king-size bed, with another large closet.  There are new light fixtures and ceiling fans with remote controls, new flooring, new paint, and dual pane windows and doors.  Each apartment has a private patio or balcony.  One assigned carport space with storage, plus ample unassigned parking and more storage available.
